2023 Wellness Program
Montgomery County offers a comprehensive wellness program through the YMCA. The wellness program will provide a personalized program to help you achieve your individual goals.
You will have access to a dedicated wellness coach who is available to meet with you one-on-one either on-site, by phone or video call. Your wellness coach initiates health and behavior change to help YOU reach YOUR individual wellness goals. Contact MCWellnessCoach@DaytonYMCA.org to schedule an appointment! You also have access to a personalized wellness portal powered by MediKeeper to complete activities and track progress.
Complete all required activities by the assigned deadline to be eligible for incentives deposited into your Health Savings Account!
